The Difference
Designed by DPTs.
Most performance coaches train athletes to get stronger and faster. Our coaches are also doctoral-level physical therapists. That means they're trained to identify movement patterns that will lead to injury under load, before they become injuries. Performance and injury prevention aren't in conflict when the person designing the program understands both.
