The industry standard is 30–45 minutes. We schedule 60. That's not marketing. It's the only way to actually understand what's happening with your body before writing a plan.
No Double-Booking
This is a rule, not a goal. We will never see more than one patient at a time. Period. Build our whole schedule around it.

What we treat.
Orthopedic PT
Back pain, neck pain, shoulder injuries, hip problems, knee pain. General orthopedic cases with a sports-medicine lens.
Sports Rehabilitation
ACL, rotator cuff, ankle sprains, stress fractures. Return-to-sport planning built into every sports rehab case.
Post-Surgical Rehab
We work directly with your orthopedic surgeon. Protocols on file for the most common procedures. No guesswork.
Dry Needling
All three senior DPTs are certified. Used for trigger points, chronic tightness, and post-workout recovery. Add-on to PT sessions.
Blood Flow Restriction (BFR)
Owens Recovery Science units. Critical for post-surgical patients who cannot load heavy yet, and for older adults building strength without heavy lifting.
Manual Therapy
Hands-on soft tissue work, joint mobilization, and manipulation. We don't sub this out to a tech. It's done by your DPT.

Full movement screen, history, functional testing. Your DPT diagnoses and plans.
Clear Diagnosis
You leave knowing what the problem is, why it happened, and the plan to fix it.
Home Program
Written exercise plan, not a generic printout. Matched to your goals and schedule.
Follow-Up Cadence
1–3x per week depending on severity. Recalibrated as you improve.
Insurance
Most major insurance accepted. Medicare certified.
Cash Pay
Cash-pay rates available. No insurance required.
Access
No physician referral required in North Carolina (direct access state).
