The Analysis
Four variables that explain most running injuries.
Cadence
Steps per minute. One of the most modifiable variables in running economy, and the easiest to change with a plan.
Strike Pattern
Heel, midfoot, or forefoot. Where and how the foot contacts the ground relative to your center of mass.
Hip Drop
Trendelenburg pattern in the frontal plane. A primary driver of IT band syndrome, patellofemoral pain, and hip injuries.
Trunk Rotation
Excessive rotation increases load on the lumbar spine and reduces running economy.
What You Leave With
A plan, not a printout.
Corrective Exercise Program
Written program targeting the specific mechanics identified in your analysis. Not a generic hip-strengthening sheet.
Shoe Recommendations
Based on your strike pattern, foot mechanics, and current footwear. Specific models, not vague categories.
Video Review
Slow-motion video comparison: before and after cues. You see exactly what we see.
Follow-Up Option
Book a PT follow-up if corrective work reveals an underlying injury to address.
